Shannon is the Partnerships Lead at Team Bespoke, where she is responsible for helping her clients exceed their affiliate program goals by providing her expertise in the affiliate partnerships industry. During her time at Team Bespoke, she has secured key media exposure for her clients in top publications like InStyle, PEOPLE, Vogue, and GQ, among others. She has also assisted in growing affiliate program revenue for her clients using a unique strategic approach based on her clients’ needs. She is most proud of her ability to manage her clients’ affiliate programs at peak times like Cyber Week, where she was able to help one of her clients grow over +200% YoY on Black Friday alone.
Prior to her work at Team Bespoke, she worked at Rakuten Advertising for two years on the Neiman Marcus and Estee Lauder Companies affiliate marketing accounts, as well as other luxury brands. She also worked at Hearst Magazines on Food Network and Pioneer Woman Magazines where she assisted the Advertising Sales Team. She is a Chicago native and holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from American University in Washington, DC.
In her free time, Shannon enjoys taking long walks along the Chicago lakefront, yoga, and spending time with her friends and family. She is also a TikTok enthusiast, where she spends countless hours interacting with the latest trends and celebrity gossip that she encounters on the app. She is always excited to share her knowledge of TikTok and other social media trends with her friends, family, coworkers, and clients.
When she's not busy strategizing with her clients, Shannon enjoys yoga, SoulCycle, trying out new recipes, and daydreaming about her next adventure overseas.
